Who are you?

A dreamer and a maker.

The media you work with?

In my artworks I mainly create installations with all kinds of materials that deal with light, color and space. For instance, coated glass, lawn sprinklers, RGB light, wall paint, holographic textiles, curtains.

What do you do? What is your topic of research?

My artistic research deals with the question of how the above mentioned As project manager I coordinate all the to-dos for the preparation, organization and execution of GUrban residency programs and exhibitions in Munich.

What does it mean for you?

My art intends to question given structures, show their limitations and overcome them through my interventions. The works are mostly immersive, as I want people to experience it with their whole body and all their senses so that alternative ways of experiencing the given become fully perceptible.
Managing exchange programs has a lot to do with my conviction in the importance of culture and art as a bridge between people all over the world. It is my belief that art connects us beyond political or social boundaries. It questions conventions and has the potential to steer our way of living in new directions. Moreover, as we are social beings, cooperation between people is still the most powerful way of shaping our world.
